Abstract: 

A wide variety of Projects are designed and carried out in industrial organizations today. Most of these new Projects, however, face delays and, subsequently, inflation and lack of financial resources. On the other hand, in many cases, a change in the management staff of companies has a devastating effect on the process of a new Project. In this paper, a standard method is sought to streamline the process of pre-investment studies, preparation phase, test production and, finally, mass production. To achieve this goal, after defining Project input and output, process flow diagrams are provided to serve as guidelines to lead Project progress towards predefined goals.

Abstract: 

The port and shipping organization (PSO) has aboard activities and execute variety Projects such as construction Projects, IT Projects, research Projects and so on. It doesn’t have a unique and integrate approach in Project process. The rules and policies to develop RFP for Projects and tenders documents established through PSO senior management unit on macro level. But execution of the Projects in organ units of PSO is performed by their technical workers through process that they are defined in their organ unit.For integration and standardization of Projects process in PSO, it is necessary to identify and define Project process and their interaction. In this paper PSO Projects are investigated and grouped in five categories: Construction Projects, research Projects, IT Projects, service Projects and utilization Projects. Also the processes for Projects management are defined and their interactions are specified. Finally using of determined process in PSO Projects are determined. It can be used as guidelines for PSO Projects.

Abstract: 

How to profoundly change the beliefs of the polytheists during the age of revelation from the denial of the Prophet (pbuh) to the certainty of his Message and the acceptance of his full guardianship is a question worthy of attention. The order of verses about prophecy based on the order of revelation is the reason to lead a transformative process and a special Quranic method in institutionalizing the belief of prophecy in the lives of Arabs. In the first stage, the Holy Quran in the first Makkī (Arabic: المکّیّ, suras revealed in Mecca) chapters has prepared the community from the motivational side to accept the truth of the Prophet’s (pbuh) prophecy and briefly stating the key issues surrounding it. The Holy Book of Quran at the time of the emergence of oppositions and doubts (the second stage) destroyed the arguments of the polytheists and explained the prophecy and proved its authenticity from a cognitive perspective in the second stage by presenting clear arguments. and the Holy Book of Quran in the third stage after Madanī (Arabic: المدنیّ, suras revealed in Medina) period has undertaken measures in order to fulfill the goals of the Massage by explaining the true position of the Prophet (pbuh) to deepen and operationalize the Prophetic belief through explaining practical duties for the Prophet (pbuh) and behavior based on the acceptance of Walaya (Arabic: ولایة, meaning “guardianship” or “governance”).

Abstract: 

Risk management is an integral part of a Project's success and is a process that helps identify early problems and thus take steps to prevent them from becoming real problems in the future. In this paper, multi-criteria decision making methods are used as a quantitative approach to prioritize identified risks in the Project. Finally, after reviewing the problem conditions, a multi-criteria decision-making method for ranking the Project risks in fuzzy mode is introduced and the application of this approach in the water transmission line industry by using fuzzy TOPSIS method as a case study of the tropical design Project-Part 2 Is located.

Abstract: 

مدیریت زنجیره تامین در نیمه دوم قرن گذشته توسعه فراوانی یافته و در قرن حاضر نیز این توسعه ادامه داشته است. یکی از زمینه هایی که امروزه مورد توجه فراوان قرار گرفته است، توسعه و انطباق روش های کنترل تولید و موجودی با فلسفه تولید بهنگام در سطح خطوط تولیدی و به منظور کنترل مناسب جریان مواد و محصولات در سطح زنجیره تامین است. به همین منظور در این مقاله سعی میشود تا سیاست کششی- فشاری کار در جریان ثابت(CONWIP)  با شرایط زنجیره تامین تطبیق داده شده و در انتها مدل فوق بهینه سازی گردد. در فرآیند بهینه سازی نیز با توجه به ماهیت پیچیده زنجیره تامین، از روش بهینه سازی شبیه سازی و الگوریتمهای ژنتیک و جستجوی محلی هدایت شده استفاده خواهد شد که انعطاف پذیری فراوانی را به منظور حل مساله دارا می باشند. در انتها نیز نتایج اجرای مدل مورد بررسی و تحلیل قرار خواهد گرفت.

Abstract: 

A conventional Risk Management process (RMP) contains two main phases: (a) risk assessment that includes risk identification and risk analysis, and (b) risk response that decides what, if anything, should be done about the analyzed risks. Based on a traditional tendency, most studies in state of- the art RMP have ample emphasis on risk assessment, but we can find limited studies on the subject of risk response. This paper aims to oppose the mentioned traditional view. The paper introduces a generic RMP, namely Two-Pillar Risk Management (TPRM) that considers an equivalent importance for both risk assessment and risk response. The paper compares the TPRM with the last version of the RMP provided in the standard of PMBoK. Application of the proposed model in Projects in the construction industry shows a tremendous total risk level improvement. We believe that applying the TPRM helps Project managers in a most effective and efficient manner in dealing with their risk management programs.
